When does it start?

Start this coming Monday.

You decide the length of the program, you can stay up to 6 weeks to best fit your spring plans.

Once you sign up, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first workout.

Who is the program for?

Everyone! At Andover FBBC our members range from age 20 to 75. Women and men looking to lose a few pounds, get in better shape and feel better about themselves.

If you are willing to carve out 30 minutes of your day to do something truly worthwhile for yourself, then Andover Fit Body Boot Camp is the place for you.

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?

All we ask is that you Commit to:

–  Scheduling your sessions. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week to get the best results.
–  Making your session a “nonnegotiable” part of your day. Remember, it’s not about HAVING time it’s about MAKING time.
–  Showing up (even when you don’t feel like it)
–  Reminding yourself that you are worth it!
