Every 45-minute session is led by an experienced coach who knows how to work with your body, not against it.
Every exercise is modified to your ability. And every workout is designed to help you build real strength, improve your balance, and move without pain.
You won’t be left figuring it out on your own. You’ll have a coach guiding you through every rep and a room full of people your age working toward the same thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I've never worked out before?

That’s completely okay. Many of our members started with zero gym experience. Your coach will walk you through every movement and modify every exercise to your level. You won’t be thrown into anything you’re not ready for.

What if I have bad knees, a bad back, or other joint issues?

Our coaches are trained to work around limitations, not through them. During your initial assessment, you’ll walk us through any injuries or concerns so we can adjust your program from day one.

When does it start?

Starts every Monday. Once you register, we’ll reach out to schedule your initial assessment and get you into the next available session.

What will be required of me?

All we ask is that you commit to:

–  Scheduling your sessions. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week to get the best results.
–  Making your session a “nonnegotiable” part of your day. Remember, it’s not about HAVING time it’s about MAKING time.
–  Showing up (even when you don’t feel like it)
–  Reminding yourself that you are worth it!

We will take care of the rest.

What happens after the 3 weeks?

If you love it (and we think you will), you can roll right into an ongoing AgeStrong Fitness membership and keep the momentum going.
