Who is the program for?
Everyone! At Andover FBBC our members range from age 20 to 75. Women and men looking to lose a few pounds, get in better shape and feel better about themselves.
If you are willing to carve out 30 minutes of your day to do something truly worthwhile for yourself, then Andover Fit Body Boot Camp is the place for you.
WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
Yes, you certainly can!
Our passionate coaches will ensure you can complete the program and get amazing results regardless of your current fitness abilities.
